Brightline opens its Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore
The new 80-person hub will serve customers across Southeast Asia and anchor the company's first regional R&D team.

Key points
- 80 roles across sales, support and engineering by the end of 2027
- First R&D team outside Europe, focused on local languages and payments
- Partnership with two local universities for graduate hiring
Brightline today opened its Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore's one-north district, its largest office outside Europe. The hub will support more than 1,200 customers in the region and is expected to grow to 80 people by the end of 2027.
Built for the region
The office houses Brightline's first research and development team outside Europe. The team will focus on features that matter most to customers in Southeast Asia, including local-language support, regional payment methods and data residency.
Customers in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines will also get local-hours support and an on-site training centre for hands-on onboarding.
Investing in local talent
Brightline is partnering with two local universities on a graduate programme that will bring 20 engineers and designers into the company each year.
Southeast Asia is our fastest-growing region. Being here, close to our customers, lets us build what they actually need.
