Brightline launches Studio 2.0 with AI-assisted scheduling
Studio 2.0 fills gaps in the calendar automatically and cuts no-shows with smart reminders — available today on every plan.

Key points
- Suggests the best open slots based on each team's history
- Smart reminders reduced no-shows by 31% in the beta
- Free upgrade for all existing customers
Studio 2.0, the biggest update to Brightline since launch, is rolling out to all customers today. It brings AI-assisted scheduling to the calendar teams already use every day.
A calendar that fills itself
When a client asks for an appointment, Studio now suggests the slots most likely to work — based on staff skills, travel time and past bookings — instead of showing every free hour.
Fewer no-shows
Reminders are now sent at the time each client is most likely to read them, with one-tap rescheduling. In a three-month beta with 400 businesses, no-shows fell by 31%.
- Works with Google and Microsoft calendars
- Reminders by email, SMS and WhatsApp
- Available in 12 languages
Our beta customers told us they got back about four hours a week. That's what we want Studio to be about.
